I'm Ryan Jay. A photographer by day, and a website developer by later in the day. By night, I'm usually asleep.

I'm an early twenty something year old college drop out who spends his days photographing California's northern coast and the Bay Area's music scene.

I attended online courses at the Academy of Art located in San Francisco for a major in photography. I spent a year having some brilliant minds tell me I need to see art in this manner, feel art in that manner and compose my photographs like this. I felt my passion for the art slowly fade. I left and started to pursue photography on my own.

When I began my photography in junior high I needed a way present my wonderful photographs of out of focus flowers, drooling babies and my cute pets to the world. I had the endless amounts of threads and forums of the internet teaching me HTML/CSS.

I've also been actively designing for 2 years, creating simple and clean websites for photographers. Being a photographer myself I know what a photographer is looking for in a website to showcase their work. No distracting fonts or colors. No crazy glitter graphics. Just straight forward Html, CSS and Javascript.
